Vijay Mallya appeared at the London high court this morning in a 4x4 black car accompanied by his son Siddharth and girlfriend ex-Kingfisher Airlines (KFA) hostess Pinky Lalwani. Despite today's hearing being critical which could lead to his extradition within days he appeared calm.
