Stirring up a hornet's nest, BJP Rajya Sabha MP TG Venkatesh on Sunday said that CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy shared his plans of shifting out the state capital from Amaravati with the Centre. Venkatesh said that the CM is contemplating to establish four capital cities in the state at Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Guntur and Kadapa in a bid to decentralize development.
