Rajiv didn't use mandate to spread fear: Sonia
Sonia Gandhi on Thursday cited Rajiv Gandhi's huge mandate in 1984 to hit out at the Modi government at the Centre. "Rajiv Gandhi got a massive mandate in 1984, but did not use it to create atmosphere of fear or to threaten people," Sonia Gandhi said.
