Is Waqf Board’s challenge to ASI’s temple report too late?
The Sunni Waqf Board and the Muslim parties faced a big challenge on Wednesday as they sought to convince the Supreme Court to trash the Archaeological Survey of India’s 2003 excavation report, which indicated existence of a massive Hindu structure resembling north Indian temples beneath the demolished Babri Masjid at the disputed site in Ayodhya.
