World Boxing: Amit enters final, bronze for Manish
Amit Panghal created history on Friday, becoming the first Indian male boxer to enter the final of the World Boxing Championships. Panghal defeated Saken Bibossinov of Kazakhstan 3-2 in men's 52kg semifinal. Manish Kaushik (63kg) however lost in the semis in a lop sided encounter (0-5) against Andy Gomez Cruz of Cuba to settle for a bronze.
