Hearing a plea against the Delhi high court's order that dismissed former finance minister P Chidambaram's bail plea, Supreme Court on Friday issued a notice to CBI, asking it to file its response by October 14. The matter will be taken up for hearing on Oct 15. The apex court's order means that the senior Congress leader would be inside Tihar Jail during Dussehra.
