Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Wednesday wrote a letter to Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu expressing dismay over the change of his seat in the Upper House. "Astonished to know that my seating position in RS chamber is changed from 3rd to 5th row," Sanjay Raut said in the letter.
