Australian players attracted big prices in the IPL auction with pacer Pat Cummins becoming the costliest overseas buy after he went to KKR for Rs 15.50 cr. Leg-spinner Piyush Chawla was the highest Indian bid for Rs 6.75 cr to CSK. Cummins also became the 2nd most-expensive buy in IPL, next only to Yuvraj Singh (Rs 16 cr in 2014 to Delhi Daredevils).
