Act against unruly passengers: DGCA to Air India

Air India Delhi-Mumbai flight by Boeing 747 on Friday returned to the bay at IGI Airport after taxiing out due to a technical snag in one of the engines. The engineers tried to fix the snag while passengers waited inside but after about three hours some got unruly and started banging on the cockpit door. The passengers then flew to Mumbai by Boeing 777 at 6 pm.
