Jammu and Kashmir to get a new party
On Sunday, former junior minister for planning and development in J&K and former Congress MLA from Bandipora Usman Majid, who is part of the proposed outfit, resigned from Congress and held a rally in Bandipora, the first in J&K since Article 370 was nullified.
