In a letter to PM Modi, the Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates appreciated the proactive measures taken by the PM and his govt to flatten the curve of the Covid-19 rate in India. Gates said measures such as national lockdown, focused testing to identify hotspots for isolation, quarantining, increasing health expenditures and digital innovation were commendable.
