Gavaskar helps MCA find 2011 World Cup final ball
Almost a decade after it went missing, batting legend Sunil Gavaskar has managed to trace the ball which the then India skipper MS Dhoni famously smashed into the Mumbai Cricket Association pavilion at the Wankhede Stadium to seal India’s 2011 World Cup triumph. The legend has managed to locate the ticket holder of No. 210 who had caught the ball that Dhoni hit.
