The Union health ministry on Thursday allowed Covid-19 vaccination at home for differently-abled and those with restricted mobility. In a weekly press briefing, the Union health secretary Rajesh Bhushan said that we are still in midst of the second wave of Covid-19 even though the number of cases is declining.
