Rohit Sharma has been named India's new T20I captain as the BCCI on Tuesday announced a 16-member squad for the upcoming T20I series against New Zealand. India will play three T20Is starting November 17 followed by two Tests. Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami have been rested for the series. KL Rahul has been named Rohit's deputy in the shortest format of the game.
