Union health secretary Rajesh Bhushan has written to the chief secretaries or administrators of all the states and UTs, which have been reporting high Covid positivity rates over the past two weeks. The health secretary said that there are 27 such districts across 10 states and UTs in the country that need to be "monitored very closely".
