Congress strips Uttarakhand chief Kishore Upadhyay of all posts
In a major political development in poll-bound Uttarakhand, the Congress on Wednesday removed its state chief Kishore Upadhyay from all positions.The action comes in the wake of his “hobnobbing” with the BJP and other political parties to undermine the fight against the ruling party.
