Taking cognisance of the improving Covid situation across the five poll-bound states, the Election Commission on Sunday dispensed with the attendance cap of 1,000 persons for physical rallies and allowed them to host gatherings up to 50% of the capacity of indoor halls and 30% capacity of open grounds.
