The Congress disciplinary panel on Tuesday recommended the suspension of senior Punjab leader Sunil Jakhar from the party's membership for two years, sources said.Jakhar is one of the senior-most leaders in the Punjab Congress unit and was even considered as a chief ministerial probable at one time.
