A day after a faceoff between Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh police over custody of news anchor Rohit Ranjan at his Ghaziabad residence for running a ‘doctored’ video of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi linking his comments with the Udaipur killing, Raipur police went to his house again on Wednesday morning and he was found to be “absconding”.
