Poor oral hygiene raises the risk of liver cancer by 75%: Study
The researchers found that people suffering from oral health problems, such as painful or bleeding gums, mouth ulcers and missing teeth, were at a 75 percent higher risk of hepatocellular carcinoma, which is the most common form of primary liver cancer.
