Eleven Delhi Police personnel were suspended on Friday for alleged negligence while on duty on January 1, when a 20-year-old woman was killed after being dragged under a car from Sultanpuri to Kanjhawala. The suspended officers were reportedly on PCR and picket duty along the route of the incident. Police have arrested seven people in connection with the incident so far.
