Hours after a massive 7.8-magnitude earthquake killed over 1,300 people in Turkey and Syria, another major earthquake rocked the region on Monday.A second earthquake of magnitude 7.6 struck southeastern Turkey's Kahramanmaras region, the country's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said.
