Nominated members cannot vote in MCD mayor election: SC
The Supreme Court on Monday postponed the hearing on the petition filed by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Shelly Oberoi, challenging the decision of the Delhi lieutenant governor to allow nominated members to vote in the MCD mayoral and deputy mayoral elections, to Friday.
