HC relief for Uddhav in PIL over disproportionate assets
In a relief for Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray, the Bombay high court on Tuesday dismissed a public interest litigation seeking probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) into the alleged disproportionate assets held by him and his family.
