Go Airlines India Ltd. is set to increase salaries of its captains and first officers by Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 50,000 respectively from June 1, in an effort to revive its operations after filing for insolvency on May 2. This additional pay, which the airline calls a retention allowance, is also being offered to employees who have resigned but are willing to withdraw their resignations by June 15.
