The additional sub-collector of Nabarangpur district, Prasant Kumar Rout, has landed in trouble for allegedly possessing huge disproportionate assets. The Odisha Vigilance officials on Friday seized over Rs 2 crore in cash concealed in six carton boxes from the terrace of Rout’s neighbour in Kanan Vihar area of Bhubaneswar.
