Non-essential construction work in Delhi-NCR banned
With the air quality in Delhi plummeting to the severe category on Sunday, the Centre's air quality panel directed authorities to ban non-essential construction work in the national capital region (NCR) under stage III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP).
